Thank you for shopping at aalketprints! We want you to love your purchase, but since all items are made to order, here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds.
Made-to-Order Policy
All of our products are custom printed on demand, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong Address
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to the sender, we can reship it to the correct address — but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
Because all products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for:
Choosing the wrong size
Changing your mind
Items arriving later than expected
Please double-check sizing charts and details before placing your order.
